By creating an account and using Tradexa, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
By accessing or using Tradexa ("the Service"), operated by Tradexa, Inc. ("Tradexa," "we," "us"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, trial users, and paid subscribers.
If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Tradexa is a trading analytics, journaling, and AI intelligence platform. The Service provides tools for logging trades, analyzing performance, backtesting strategies, managing risk, and receiving AI-powered coaching insights.
⚠️ Important: Tradexa is NOT a broker, investment advisor, registered financial advisor, or financial institution. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. All AI insights, analytics, and recommendations are provided for informational and educational purposes only. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance shown in the platform does not guarantee future results.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with reasonable advance notice for material changes.
You must create an account to use most features. You are responsible for:
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement. You may not create an account on behalf of another person without their explicit written authorization.
We may require identity verification for Enterprise accounts or where required by applicable law.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial of the Pro Plan. No credit card is required during the trial. At the end of the trial, you can choose to subscribe or continue on a limited free tier.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. Submit a refund request within 30 days of your first payment by contacting billing@tradexa.io. Refunds for annual plans will be prorated for unused months. Refund requests outside the 30-day window are considered on a case-by-case basis.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will provide at least 30 days' advance written notice of any price increase. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.
If a payment fails, we will retry up to 3 times over 7 days and notify you by email. If payment is not resolved, your account will be downgraded to the free tier and your data will be retained for 30 days.
You agree not to use the Service to:

The Service, including all software, algorithms, AI models, design, trademarks, and content produced by Tradexa, is owned by Tradexa, Inc. and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written permission.
Your Data: Your trading journal entries, notes, and data remain your property at all times. You grant Tradexa a limited, non-exclusive license to process your data solely to provide the Service. We will never sell your trading data or use it to train shared AI models without your explicit consent.
The AI Coach and analytics features provide insights based on your historical trade data. You acknowledge and agree that:
Tradexa is not liable for any trading losses that result from acting on AI Coach recommendations or platform analytics.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRADEXA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components, or that any specific trading results will be achieved from use of the AI coaching, analytics, or backtesting features.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TRADEXA'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
TRADEXA WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO TRADING LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tradexa, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any content you submit to the platform.
You may terminate your account at any time through Settings → Account → Delete Account. Your data will be deleted within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if you: violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if your use poses a security risk to the platform or other users. In cases of termination for cause, no refund will be issued.
Upon termination, you may request an export of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy for up to 30 days after account closure.
For most disputes, we encourage you to contact us first at legal@tradexa.io — we resolve the vast majority of issues directly.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you and Tradexa agree to binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
Exceptions: Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property infringement or breach of confidentiality. EU/EEA consumers retain the right to bring claims before their local courts.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. For EU/EEA users, mandatory local consumer protection laws in your country of residence also apply and are not limited by these Terms.
