No. Tradexa is a pure trading journal and analytics platform — we don't execute trades, hold capital, or provide signals. We connect to your existing brokers via read-only API to import your trade data, then provide analysis, journal tools, and AI coaching to help you review and improve. You always trade through your own broker accounts.

Tradexa supports equities, options, futures, forex, and cryptocurrency markets. Support for specific instruments depends on what your connected broker provides. We support 15+ broker and data provider integrations across all major markets.

The AI Coach analyzes your trading history, real-time positions, and market conditions to provide personalized insights. It learns your trading style and risk tolerance over time, flagging patterns in your behavior (like revenge trading, holding losers too long, etc.) and suggesting specific improvements with data-backed reasoning.

The Free plan includes the main dashboard, 1 broker connection, 30-day trade history, and basic analytics. It's great for exploring the platform. Advanced features like the AI Coach, backtesting, strategy lab, and risk controls require a Pro subscription.

Yes! All new accounts get a 14-day free trial of the Pro plan with full access to every feature. No credit card required to start. At the end of the trial, you'll be prompted to subscribe to continue using Pro features, or you can continue with the Free plan.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time with no penalties or fees. When you cancel, you'll retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period, then revert to the Free plan. Your data is always yours.

Yes. All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). We're SOC 2 Type II compliant and undergo regular third-party security audits. We never sell your data to third parties, and you can request full deletion of your account data at any time.

Tradexa only requires read-only API access to import your trade history, positions, and account data. We never receive your broker credentials directly — connections are made via secure OAuth or read-only API keys. We cannot place, modify, or cancel trades.

Most traders are fully set up within 10-15 minutes. The onboarding flow guides you through connecting your broker, setting preferences, and configuring your dashboard. Historical trade data imports automatically once your broker is connected.

Yes. If your broker isn't directly supported, you can import trade history via CSV files in standard formats. We also add new broker integrations regularly based on user requests — let us know which broker you use and we'll prioritize it.
